Welcome to la Diva di Nafplio and la Perla di Nafplio. I’m Nikos Kalantzis, your host. As a civil engineer by profession, I bring a love for structure and design to my work, but my true passion lies in hospitality.

Fluent in both Greek and English, I strive to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible. I believe in creating not just a place to stay, but an experience to remember. My motto is simple yet profound: “Enjoy LIFE!” This philosophy is woven into every aspect of the villas, from the carefully chosen decor to the warm and inviting atmosphere.

Living in the beautiful town of Nafplio, Greece, I am always here to provide helpful information about the area, recommend local attractions, and ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. We had water in the fridge & a small starter kit... read more (coffee, tea, melba toast, jams, butter, oil & spices. The house was open concept & roomy & a 15-20 min walk to old town Napflion. 					  Nikos's was a great host and the place was perfect for our needs. We rented both of his rentals to accommodate our large family and it worked great. The units... read more were right next to each other and had everything we needed (great kitchens, laundry, parking). We really appreciated Nikos's recommendations for local beaches, sites, and restaurants. We'd stay here again, 100%.

Nikos home was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. He was a generous host who stocked his fridge and supplies to fill the gaps we had. His restaurant recommendations were spot on. He was very attentive and helpful and communicated well. Would gladly stay at his place again if we find ourselves back in Nafplio.
