Booking and Payment
- Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as indicated on our website.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing or by calling directly to us. The cancellation policy, including any fees or penalties, will be provided at the time of booking.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: after 3:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: until 11:00 AM
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Use of the Property
- Occupancy: The villas can accommodate up to 16 guests. The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation.
- Noise and Disturbances: Guests are expected to respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Loud noise and disturbances are not permitted.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the villas. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
Liability and Damages
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.
- Safety and Security: Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings. We are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items.
- Accidents and Injuries: We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property. Guests should take necessary precautions and use facilities safely.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
- Data Security: We implement measures to protect your personal data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes and Cancellations by Us
- Property Availability: In rare cases, we may need to cancel or change your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative accommodation or a full refund.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
